Day 187: Happy Birthday Maz!

I may have just celebrated my 6 month birthday but Maz celebrated his 6 year birthday today! That's 42 in dog years! Happy birthday buddy!

Day 186: Swimming with Leylah

Leylah and her mommy came over to run with Daddy in the ridiculous heat today (Mom and I went to the air conditioned grocery store instead). After the run we went swimming at the pool! Leylah was happy to come over to do some swimming with me. Here I am splashing around with her.All that swimming in the pool with Leylah wore me out. I decided mom would be a nice pillow for a little cat nap at pool.
Thank you so much, Leylah (and her mom too), for coming to swim at our pool. I can't wait to hang out with my buddy again soon.

Day 185: Becca and Brenna Visit

Today Mommy's friend Becca from college visited all the way from South Carolina! She brought her niece, Brenna, who didn't mind playing with me even though she has a younger brother and sister. I was happy to share my big brother, Maz, with her too! I'm so glad they stopped in to see me on their way back to Richmond.

Day 184: Six Month Doctor Visit

New Statistics:

16lbs (60%)

27 inches long (90%)

3 shots later I was out of that place...

I enjoyed a nice evening of cuddling with daddy and then irritating him with my new favorite toy.

Day 183: Happy Half Birthday to Me!

Mom and Dad got me a new toy for my half birthday! I LOVE bouncing up and down in it.
Even more I love the fact that Daddy is already sick of all the noise it makes.

Day 181: My first baseball game!

Mommy and Daddy and I met some friends for a baseball game tonight. It was a night filled with firsts as I got to ride on the metro for the first time and go to my first baseball game!

Day 179: Father's Day!

Today Mommy and I took Daddy into DC to see the National Botanical Gardens. Daddy took lots of pics but actually put down the camera to pose with me for one. If you want to see the rest of his look here.

Day 178: Pool!

Today Mommy and Daddy took me to the Franklin Farm pool. I got to swim with both of them and a bunch of other kids in the big pool.It felt so good since it was so hot out. We can't wait to go back this weekend!

Day 178: Leylah Visits!

Daddy and Leylah's mom went for a run on Saturday morning. Leylah got to go with them since she is old enough to ride in the Bob stroller on the run. I can't wait till I can go out with them. When they got back Leylah and I hung out for a bit.

Day 176: Cali Kids

Today Aunt Megan came to DC with some of her students for their 8th grade trip. Mommy and Daddy took a half day off of work and we all went down to Mr. Vernon to see them!

I was quite a hit with all the students!

I even made it into their class picture!

Day 172: Happy Birthday Kevin

We went to a bbq for Kevin's 21st birthday today.Everyone wanted to play with me.
Here I am playing on the blanket Aunt Amy made for mommy when she was a baby.
We sang to Kevin and he blew out the candles!
Aunt Amy read me a book.
Joe rocked me to sleep because I was exhausted!
I had a great time in NJ and can't wait to go back.

Day 171: My first trip to the beach! =)

Mommy, Aunt Jane, Uncle Charlie and Maddie took me to Spring Lake today. It was my first trip to the beach, and I LOVED it. I enjoyed the sand and the water. I wore my swimwear from Aunt Michele. I was styling.
Here I am sitting in the sand. It didn't bother me one bit.

I loved moving my feet in the sand. It was nice and warm.I enjoyed sitting with Maddie - us Madelyns love the Jersey Shore.I took turns letting everyone hold me for pictures. I was the most photographed person on the beach today.

All the fun in the sun wore me out! I didn't last long in the sun tent before Aunt Jane held me - it was too windy!

Day 170: Road Trip

Today Mom and I went on a road trip. We made a quick stop to drop Maz off with my friend, Leylah! (Mom "borrowed" these pictures from Leylah's blog since she forgot to bring her camera in.)Doesn't it look like Leylah is trying to pick me up! She is SOO strong.
We stopped on the way to Aunt Mair's at the Boles'. Patrick and Jack were making me laugh so hard while Amy held me.
Aunt Mair gave me my carrots and cereal tonight. I wasn't too impressed with it.

Today was Joseph's 1st Birthday party. Here I am sharing Grandma KC with him.Joseph was eating his birthday pizza.

Day 163: What a Great Week with Gramma

Gramma Tischler came to watch me this week while daycare was closed. She did quite a few photo shoots with me, so I thought I would share some of the pictures.The hearts are a new outfit from Gramma!
